KEEPY® is a registered trademark of Human Interaction, Inc. Human Interaction, Inc. (further referred to as "Human Interaction", "Keepy®", "We" or "Us", "The Company" or "The Manufacturer") designs and manufactures the Keepy® identification tag that helps customers keep their valuable things, pets or people safe and recover if they are lost ("Product"), operates mykeepy.com ("Website") and the Keepy® Mobile Application ("App") and engages with users through its social media accounts ("Social Media Pages") – collectively referred to as "Services".
By accessing and using the Services you agree (on behalf of yourself or the entity that you represent) to accept and comply with Keepy® Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
Where you are ordering goods to be fulfilled directly by Human Interaction Inc. or by any of our fulfillment third-party partners, the following Shipping and Returns Policy will apply:
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within three business days. Orders might not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If We or our full fillment partners are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, We will contact you via email or telephone.
DAMAGES
The Company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
RETURNS
If You are unhappy with Your Keepy®, please let Us know. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date, provided you have a valid proof of purchase. Eligibility may vary depending on whether your order was fulfilled by us or by a third-party partner. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, We cannot offer You a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with the packaging intact. That means your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your refund or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated through our customer support team. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer without prior authorization.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To request a return or exchange, please contact us by email at team@mykeepy.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days. If you paid directly to Us for the delivery of the goods, the cost of delivery will also be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
We do not offer refunds for sale items unless they are faulty. Faulty items are covered by our Warranty Policy.
EXCHANGE
We only replace items if they are defective under our Warranty Policy. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at team@mykeepy.com.
