Human Interaction, Inc. (“Human Interaction”, “KEEPY”, “We”, “Us”, or the “Company”) designs and manufactures KEEPY identification tags (the “Product”) and operates mykeepy.com (the “Website”), through which customers may purchase Products and access related services and social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made through the Website and is part of the Services. Use of the Website and Services is subject to the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY (UNITED STATES)
For orders shipped within the United States, you may request a return within thirty (30) days of the delivery date, provided that:
- you have valid proof of purchase;
- the Product is unused, unaltered, and in saleable condition;
- the Product is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and materials.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All international sales are final, except where required by applicable law or where the Product is defective and covered under the Company’s Warranty.
The Company does not accept returns or offer refunds for international orders due to customer preference, dissatisfaction, refusal to pay customs charges, or shipping delays.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- used or altered Products;
- Products returned without prior authorization;
- Products returned outside the applicable return window;
- sale or promotional items, unless defective under the Warranty;
- Products returned due to buyer’s remorse for international orders.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (U.S. ORDERS)
To request a return, contact us at team@mykeepy.com and include:
- your order number;
- the reason for the return; and
- supporting information, if applicable.
Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Do not return Products without prior approval.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise required by law:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs;
- original shipping fees are non-refundable.
At our discretion, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label for certain returns. This does not create an obligation to do so in future cases.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days.
Refunds do not include original shipping fees, customs charges, duties, VAT, or other non-product costs.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Defective Products are governed by the Company’s Warranty.
If you believe your Product is defective, please contact team@mykeepy.com. Approved warranty claims may result in replacement rather than refund, as described in the Warranty.
CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Unauthorized returns, refusal of delivery, or failure to follow this Policy may result in denial of a refund except where required by applicable law.
We may request additional information to verify the order and the return eligibility (including photos or confirmation of the shipping address).
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
The Company may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued purchases constitute acceptance of the updated Policy.
