Human Interaction, Inc. (“Human Interaction”, “KEEPY”, “We”, “Us”, or the “Company”) designs and manufactures KEEPY identification tags (the “Product”) and operates mykeepy.com (the “Website”), through which customers may purchase Products and access related services and social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases of Products made through the Website and is part of the Services. Use of the Website and Services is subject to the Company’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within three (3) business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare an order for shipment and does not include transit time. Processing times are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, inventory availability, or other operational factors.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
United States
We ship Products within the United States from fulfillment locations in the United States.
International Shipping
We also ship to selected international destinations. All international shipments are sent from the United States unless otherwise stated.
Availability of international shipping may vary by country and may change from time to time.
SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
Orders are shipped using third-party carriers selected by the Company or its fulfillment partners. Carrier selection, shipping method, and routing are determined at the Company’s discretion unless otherwise specified at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout prior to completing your purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES, AND CUSTOMS FEES
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are determined by local customs authorities. The Company does not control, estimate, or collect these fees.
If you refuse to pay required customs charges, or if an order is delayed, returned, or destroyed due to customs issues, the Company is not responsible for any resulting loss, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
DELIVERY AND RISK OF LOSS
Ownership of and risk of loss for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery timelines, handling, and routing are the responsibility of the carrier.
Nothing in this section limits any rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection laws.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Company is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
TRACKING
Where available, shipment tracking information will be provided after an order has been shipped. Tracking availability and accuracy depend on the carrier and destination.
DELAYS AND FORCE MAJEURE
Delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, labor disputes, regulatory actions, or other events of force majeure.
Such delays do not constitute a breach of this Shipping Policy or the Terms of Service.
DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
The Company is not responsible for damage to or loss of Products during transit once they have been delivered to the carrier.
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. The Company may, at its discretion, assist you in submitting a claim with the carrier, but does not guarantee any particular outcome.
You must notify us of any shipping issues within a reasonable time after delivery or the expected delivery date.
RELATIONSHIP TO WARRANTY AND RETURNS
This Shipping Policy governs shipping and delivery matters only. Product defects are governed by the Company’s Warranty, and returns or refunds (if offered) are governed by the Company’s Returns & Refunds Policy.
Shipping delays, carrier issues, or customs-related matters do not constitute a Product defect.
CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY
The Company may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued purchases or use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
