Human Interaction, Inc., 7272 Wisconsin Ave, 9th Floor, Bethesda, MD 20814, United States (“Human Interaction”, “KEEPY”, “We”, “Us”, or the “Company”) operates mykeepy.com (the “Website”), through which users may record and manage information associated with KEEPY identification tags, as well as related services and social media pages (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent, to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies posted on the Website that apply to your purchase or use of the Services, including our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
THE PRODUCT AND THE SERVICES
KEEPY identification tags are physical products that contain a unique QR code and identification number (the “Product”). Each Product is intended to be linked to a user account through the Services.
The Services allow users to create an account, link Products, and record or manage information associated with their Products.
The Services do not guarantee that any particular information will be viewed, accessed, acted upon, or responded to by third parties.
The Product is governed by the Warranty published on our Website. Purchases made through the Website are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, and any applicable Warranty.
ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Services.
If you are under the age of 18, you may use the Services only with the involvement, supervision, and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services.
The Services are intended to be used by adults and may be used for the benefit of minors only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The Company does not knowingly permit children under the age of 13 to create accounts or submit personal information through the Services.
To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
USER CONTENT AND INFORMATION
You are solely responsible for all information, data, text, images, or other content that you choose to record, upload, or display through the Services (“User Content”). User Content includes, without limitation, information associated with a Product (such as “Tag Information” as described in the Privacy Policy).
You represent and warrant that:
- you have all necessary rights to the User Content you provide;
- your User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights; and
- your User Content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We do not review, verify, or endorse User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or use by others. The Company has no obligation to monitor, review, or remove User Content.
ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree not to use the Services:
- for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
- to upload or display content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, defamatory, or infringing;
- to interfere with or disrupt the Services or their security; or
- to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, uptime, or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, the Company, or others.
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you wish to delete your account, you may follow the available account deletion process (if offered) or contact us at team@mykeepy.com.
Termination or suspension of access to the Services does not affect your rights under any applicable Product warranty, return, or consumer protection laws.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to the Company. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Services or the Product.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (SERVICES)
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
The Company does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or that any information displayed through a Product will result in any particular outcome.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of use, or loss of value, arising out of or in connection with the Services or the Product.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- your use of the Services;
- your User Content; or
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL USERS
If you access the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
The Company may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

SURVIVAL
